About PocketPrice

PocketPrice (people also search for it as “Pocket Price”) is a pricing app for antique booth vendors, flea market sellers, estate sale companies, pickers and resellers in the US and Canada. Take a photo of an item and get a price for the tag, calibrated to where you sell, your region, and how fast you want it to move.

Why it exists

Pricing is the slowest part of running a booth or an estate sale. Sold listings online show what something brought somewhere else, often shipped across the country, and price books go out of date. PocketPrice gives you one practical number for the place you actually sell, with a range and the reasoning behind it, in a few seconds.

How the prices work

Prices are typical in-person resale prices (antique mall booth, flea market, estate sale), not retail, insurance or auction-record values. Each lookup identifies the item, including maker's marks, patterns and era, and prices it for your venue and region. Regional numbers come from real PocketPrice seller data, shown only when at least three different sellers are behind them, blended with known market trends. When you log what sold or correct a price, your pricer keeps calibrating to your buyers.

What you can do with it

  • Price one item from a photo, or a batch of up to 50 at once.
  • Save items to inventory (unlimited on every plan) and print QR-coded price tags.
  • Read an antique mall sales sheet and track booth commission.
  • Track markets, expenses and mileage, and see what sold where.
  • See what's selling now and browse the price guides.

It starts free with 15 lookups and no credit card. Paid plans start at $4.99 a month; see plans and pricing.

Our sister site

PocketPrice is run by the same people as Estate Sale Connect, a free site where families describe an estate once and local estate sale companies reach out.
